Wellington Marina is a residential development comprising of 34 waterfront allotments.
GREENHILL has provided full design services, including; batter protection and rip rap, river excavation, waterfront allotments, road design and the separation of stages for construction.
Extensive environmental controls which met the relevant authority requirements (under a permit system) were put in place to prevent any contamination or unnecessary disturbance to the river and utilise the existing basin. GREENHILL also provided contract administration and site superintendence for the project.
Construction of this stage was completed in July 2011.
