Funded by Palmerston City Council jointly with the Federal Government, the upgrade of Palmerston’s central business district involved detailed civil engineering associated with upgrading of verges, kerb to boundary and included services, minor stormwater management and grading to meet disability codes.
GREENHILL worked closely with the landscape architect to find efficient engineering solutions. The project included pavement replacement, more lighting, improved landscaping and seating.
