Olive Terrace and Olive Views

About This Project

The Olive Terrace and Olive Views is a new premium burial site within the Centennial Park Cemetery. The design vision is a formal Mediterranean garden using traditional materials and landscaping elements that will be complimented by sculptural focal points, shade structures and water features. 

GREENHILL were engaged by the Centennial Park Cemetery Authority to produce a detailed report with concept design and cost opinion for the Olive Terrace and Olive Views. The cost opinion was separated into three stages allowing the Centennial Park Cemetery Authority to undertake detailed design and construction over a staged time frame. 

GREENHILL worked with the cemetery to deliver key elements including two large reflection pools, a customised gazebo and an ornamental frontage to the burial space. The project has been successful and the public perception of the area has been positive.
