Lakeside is a residential subdivision of more than 1,000 medium density, low maintenance lots. Greenhill Engineers provided master planning and developed concept options, undertook detailed design, construction superintendence and contract administration for roadworks, drainage, sewer and water supply.
Electrical and landscape design services were also coordinated by Greenhill Engineers.
Innovative design included concertina road grading saved significant earthworks fill and therefore cost.
This development was completed, with over 10 stages delivered on the ground from initial tendering process by Renewal SA (formerly LMC) in just over 4 years.
Developed by Devine Limited as a master planned community, Greenhill Engineers assisted at every level of the delivery of infrastructure to this development.
