About This Project
Boardwalk at Greentree consisting of 122 allotments of land and set in an established landscape, adjacent the Little Para River at Paralowie on approximately 6.7 hectares of rezoned land south of the recently constructed Melvina Rd /Walpole Rd roundabout.
GREENHILL provided detailed design, tender call and assessment, contract administration and construction superintendence for earthworks, roadworks, drainage, sewer, water supply and common services.
GREENHILL were commissioned for the project through the City of Salisbury for development of surplus land. The project was to be completed to a tight timeframe in order to achieve the completion of the project prior to the expiration of federal funding. The project was split with the bulk earthworks design undertaken by a separate consultant. GREENHILL were responsible for designing the roads and services using the bulk earthworks design in a very tight five-week period prior to Christmas 2015. GREENHILL appropriately resourced the project to complete the design in the specified timeframe.
