About This Project
GREENHILL have supported Commercial and General in the master planning, the engineering planning and the engineering design for the development at WEST. Including the stormwater drainage and stormwater quality management, on completion the project will deliver 1600 new dwellings, shopping, retail and commercial spaces.
GREENHILL has developed the stormwater management strategy for WEST in liaison with the City of Charles Sturt and state government authorities including the EPA, DENWR and DPTI.
The stormwater strategy allowed the key features of the WEST stormwater management plan to be constructed and functioning early in the project, allowing orderly development in manageable stages.
