About This Project
GREENHILL has been engaged by Commercial and General to design and document all of the Civil infrastructure at the WEST development including; several intersections on a DPTI maintained road, streetscapes, a sales centre and all of the residential landscaping design. With construction of Stage 1 now complete the GREENHILL civil engineering and landscaping team are currently working hand in hand to complete the documentation for Stage 2a, 2b, 2c and 3.
On completion WEST will comprise of 1600 new homes including; apartments, terrace houses and bespoke homes, all of which have been architecturally designed with an emphasis on high quality contemporary design.
The landscaping vision for WEST is to have a vibrant and lush appearance. The streetscape designs reflect this with an abundance of trees, garden beds and turf. The GREENHILL team have produced a street tree and a landscape masterplan which has included the planting of unique specimens, strengthening the bold identity of the development.
