Lightsview

About This Project

Lightsview is an infill development on land that was formerly a CSIRO agricultural research site. Lightsview is a joint venture between Renewal SA and PEET and will create over 2,000 allotments in total. 

GREENHILL have been engaged as the lead consultant for the civil works to undertake the detailed design and documentation of the development. The development provides for a mixture of allotments from traditional to apartments, and includes provision for affordable housing. To date numerous stages have been realised from design to construction phase, and our association with this award-winning development continues.

The land development works include road-works and drainage, stormwater bio-filtration systems and swales, sewerage, potable water and recycled water systems, electrical reticulation and street lighting (by Applied Technologies Services as our sub-consultant). 

GREENHILL have also undertaken a review of the stormwater master-planning including provision for a large stormwater detention basin system, as well as provided preliminary design services in support of planning applications.
