About This Project
Funded by the City of Mitcham and Roads to Recovery, the rehabilitation project involved new kerbs and road surfacing, removing the old damaged kerbs and profiling back to replace the surface.
GREENHILL Engineers undertook detailed design and construction superintendence.
The project was completed on time, maximised access for residents and resolved a number of problems with pavement failure caused by the roots of large trees. The design increased pavement depths to prolong the life of the upgraded kerbs.
