About This Project

GREENHILL was engaged by Lendlease back in 2014 to oversee the upgrade and handover of the landscape and streetscapes of the Blakes Crossing Development. This required extensive documentation of existing works and proposing amendments to the streetscape and reserves to achieve handover to the City of Playford.

GREENHILL has continued to provide services to the new developed stages, which when completed will include 1400 homes, and become home to approximately 4000 people.

GREENHILL has been involved in all aspects of the project including master reserve and streetscape concept design, detailed documentation, contract administration and superintendence. Several aspects of the project have required extensive negotiation requiring co-ordination with DPTI, other consultants while having an understanding and appreciation of the large existing trees, existing residential allotments and existing natural creek.
