Noel Symons
Noel is the Principal Technical Officer for GREENHILL and leads the growing team of Technical Officers.
Noel has over 40 years’ experience in the design and documentation of freeways, interchanges, roundabouts, signalised and unsignalised intersections and rural highways. He is also an accredited road safety auditor.
Noel has excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills and is acknowledged by clients for his attention to detail and the quality of design and documentation produced under his direction
