Dean has a diversity of civil engineering experience with a career spanning over thirty years. His activities with municipal engineering and urban development have given him an excellent insight into the issues and practical implications of civil works. He has expertise in the engineering planning, concept plan development, preliminary design, detailed design and documentation, as well as in provision of construction phase services including contract superintendence and contract administration services.
His experience includes urban development, stormwater management, road and traffic management projects for local government, state government and private sector clients.
